When Should I Seek Help?

When a student, or family is experiencing distress, impairment, difficult living situation, or not reaching their full potential at school, home or social environment. Business Hours

Referral Procedure

Teachers, counselors, administrators can complete a referral form which is located in the main office and in our resource file. Students can refer themselves for services by contacting PSW Garcia and Arenas to schedule an appointment.

Who Can Benefit?

A variety of different types of issues presented by students and parents can benefit from counseling services. Some of these issues include:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Adjustment Disorders
  • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
  • Oppositional Defiant/Conduct Disorder
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Case Management

The PSW works collaboratively with counselors, teachers, social workers, probation, psychologists, psychiatrists and physicians to assist students in reaching their goals.
